RLUG stands for Romanian Linux Users Group
RLUG is the biggest Linux community in Romania, with more than 2000 members.
RLUG is an unofficial organization that has as a purpose the promotion of Linux and UNIX based operating systems and Open Source software in Romania.
RLUG offers help for Linux/Unix/OSS users through its dedicated mailing lists, IRC channels and software mirrors.
All services and memberships are free.
The community is sustained by its members (through hardware, financial donations, services) and by two of the main ISP's in Romania: iNES and GTS.
