Nokia N800 Internet Tablet is a wireless Internet appliance from Nokia, originally announced at the Las Vegas CES 2007 Summit in January 2007. It runs on an OMAP2420 microprocessor at 330 MHz. It has 128 MB of RAM and 256 MB of flash memory. Its display is 4.1 inches with a resolution of 800x480, the same as the 770. It has two full-sized Secure Digital card slots, one internal and one external. It has a builtin webcam and speakers are stereo. The OS is Maemo and the version that runs on the N800 is called Internet Tablet OS 2007. It is the successor to the Nokia 770 tablet.
