Linux TLE (pronounced Linux talay) is a Thai Linux distribution based on Fedora Core and developed by the Thailand National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC).

TLE stands for Thai Language Extension, as it was originally a Thai extension for Red Hat Linux. The pronunciation "talay" is a homophone of the Thai word ทะเล (the sea).

LinuxTLE 8.0 will be based on Ubuntu.[http://203.185.129.130/test/nectecdata/clipnews/news/2006-2-24-237892-na_24_02_49_n_p6B_02.pdf]
